Smartsalary is not currently accepting new salary packaging applications or inbound transitions from Queensland Government customers. Smartsalary is working through some improvements to its operational processes with Queensland Government and hopes to be able to accept new salary packaging applications again soon.
If you are an existing customer you do not need to do anything - existing salary packaging arrangements will continue as usual.
If you want to make changes to your current packaging arrangement you can continue to self-serve via our employee portal or contact our service centre.
